- Graduate Apprentice: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Mining or Mine Surveying Engineering.
- Trade Apprentices: Candidates should have passed 10th/12th with National/State Trade Certificate in relevant trades (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, COPA, Diesel Mechanic, etc.).
- Security Guard (Optional): Matriculation or equivalent under 10+2 system.
Stipend
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 12,300/month
- Technician Apprentice: Rs. 10,900/month
- Trade Apprentices (Fitter, Electrician, Wireman, etc.): Rs. 10,560 – Rs. 11,040/month
- Security Guard (Optional): Rs. 8,200/month
