Eligibility Criteria

• Assistant Manager (HR&A): Graduate in any discipline + MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full time) with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.
• Assistant Manager (F&A): Graduate + ICAI/ICWA final exam passed OR MBA (Finance) 2 years full time.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): Full-time 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Candidate must be able to read, write and speak in Bengali/Nepali.
• Final-year appearing candidates are eligible but must produce final mark sheet during interview.

Salary Structure

• Assistant Manager (HR&A/F&A): ₹56,100 – ₹1,60,500 (Level-08)
• Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr-II: ₹36,800 – ₹1,06,700 (Level-06)
• Additional Allowances: DA, HRA, Medical Allowance, CPF, LTC, Electricity Allowance, Leave Encashment, and more.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Age Relaxation: OBC-A/OBC-B: 3 years | SC/ST: 5 years | PwBD: 10 years | Departmental Candidates: Up to 45 years
