Eligibility Criteria
Nationality:
- A candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, etc., with an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.
Educational Qualifications:
- For Sub-Inspector (General Duty) in CAPFs:
A candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. - For Sub-Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police (Males only):
In addition to a bachelor’s degree, male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (covering both motorcycle and car). Without a valid driving license, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.08.2000 and not later than 01.08.2005.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
