Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year/semester by the institute/university) in any of the seven disciplines mentioned above.
- Age Limit (as on 05-12-2025): Maximum 28 years (i.e., candidates not born earlier than 05 December 1997).
- Departmental Candidates: Upper age limit is 45 years, irrespective of category.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules.
Salary Structure
- Training Period: Basic Pay ₹50,000/- per month in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000.
- After Training: On successful completion of one-year training, candidates will be designated as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.
- Allowances: Dearness Allowance, Perquisites under cafeteria approach, PF, Gratuity, HRA, Leave Encashment, and Free Medical Facility for self and dependents as per company rules.
- Estimated CTC: Approximately ₹16–17 Lakhs per annum at minimum of E1 grade (excluding PRP and location-based allowances).

Selection Process
- Online Examination (CBT): 200 marks divided into two parts:
- Part I – Domain Knowledge Test: 100 marks, 40 minutes
- Part II – Aptitude Test: 100 marks, 80 minutes (Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning, and General Awareness – 25 marks each)
- Qualifying Criteria:
- UR/EWS: Minimum 50 percentile in each part
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD: Minimum 40 percentile in each part
- Group Discussion and Interview: Shortlisted candidates (1:3 ratio) will be called for GD and Interview.
- Final Merit List: Based on
- CBT – 75% weightage
- Group Discussion – 10% weightage
- Interview – 15% weightage
- Tie-breaking: Higher marks in CBT will be given preference. If still tied, higher marks in qualifying degree will be considered.
