- Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with Nursing Council Registration
- MPHW: 12th pass with Paramedical or Sanitary Inspector Course
- Public Health Specialist / Coordinator / Consultant: Any Medical Graduate with MPH/MHA/MBA (Health)
- Lab Technician: 12th + Diploma from Government recognized institute
- Pharmacist: 12th + Diploma in Pharmacy
- Dentist: BDS with 2 years experience or MDS
- RBSK Medical Officer: BAMS/BHMS (Female)
- MS-CIT or equivalent computer certificate is mandatory for all posts
- Knowledge of Marathi language is compulsory
