Eligibility Criteria

  • Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (M.E/M.Tech): 18–30 years
  • Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (M.Sc): 18–28 years
  • Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules.

Salary Structure

  • Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’: Pay Level 11 – ₹67,100 to ₹2,08,700
  • Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’: Pay Level 10 – ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500
  • Additional benefits include DA, HRA/quarters, transport allowance, LTC, medical facilities, and pension under NPS.
