- M.E/M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering / Agricultural Information Technology with min 60% or CGPA 6.5
- M.Sc in Geo-informatics / Remote Sensing / GIS with min 65% or CGPA 6.84
- B.Tech in Agriculture IT / Geo-informatics / Agricultural Engineering with min 65% or CGPA 6.84
- B.Tech in Computer Science / Data Science with min 65% or CGPA 6.84
- M.Sc in Agricultural Sciences (various specializations) with min 65% or CGPA 6.84
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 22-09-2025. Age relaxation as per rules.
