Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy Agniveer Musician 2025
Educational Qualification
- Passed Matriculation (10th Class) with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
Musical Ability
- Should have proficiency in Western notation, aural aptitude, and sight-reading.
- Ability to perform solo on wind instruments of Indian/foreign origin.
- Musical certificate from a recognized institution or international music boards such as Trinity College of Music, London.
Age Limit
- Born between 01 Sep 2004 and 29 Feb 2008 (both dates inclusive).
- Only unmarried candidates are eligible. Marriage is not permitted during the four-year tenure.
Indian Navy MR Musician Salary and Benefits 2025
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary starting from ₹30,000 with annual increments. Additionally, they are entitled to allowances, medical benefits, and a Seva Nidhi fund.

- Shortlisting based on 10th marks
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT):
- Male: 1.6 km run in 6.5 mins, 20 squats, 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups
- Female: 1.6 km run in 8 mins, 15 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups
