Eligibility Criteria
- Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject in Matric or higher education.
- 10+2 / Graduation with minimum 60% marks (as per post).
- Stenography skill required as per language and post.
- Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Stenography Speed Requirements
- Hindi Steno: 64 WPM shorthand, 11 WPM transcription
- English Steno: 80–100 WPM shorthand, 15–20 WPM transcription
- Mistakes allowed: 4%–8% depending on post
Age Limit (as on 15-02-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 52 years (except Ex-Servicemen).
