Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise Summary)

• Registrar: Post Graduation + 15 years experience / PhD + 12 years experience
• Director: PhD + minimum 10 years teaching experience
• Chief Account Officer: CA / ICWA / M.Com + 8 years experience
• Librarian: MLISc + 10 years experience / PhD
• University Engineer: B.E. (Civil) + 5 years experience
• Assistant Registrar: Post Graduation + 5 years administrative experience
• Senior Clerk: Graduation + CCC+ + Computer proficiency
• Junior Clerk: HSC + CCC+ + Gujarati proficiency + Computer knowledge
• Laboratory Assistant: SSC + Science subject + Computer basics

Experience will be counted up to the last date of application submission.

Age Limit

• Age limit will be as per Government of Gujarat norms.
• Age relaxation applicable as per State Government and University rules.
• Age will be calculated as on 13 January 2026.
