Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University; OR
- B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University; AND
- Registered as Nurse & Midwife in the State or Indian Nursing Council.
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board/Council; AND
- Registered as Nurse & Midwife in the State or Indian Nursing Council.
- Two years of work experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the qualification.
- Age Limit: 18–40 years (age relaxation as per rules).

Selection Process
- Screening Examination: Qualifying only for the purpose of appearing in the Main Examination. Marks will not be counted for final selection. Candidates scoring minimum qualifying marks will be allowed for the Mains exam (10 times the number of posts per category).
- Main Examination: Final selection will be based solely on marks obtained in the Main Examination. Merit and reservation norms will be followed category-wise.
