Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university approved by Government of India.
- Candidate must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proof of local language must be provided through 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate.
- Candidates with one year or more job/training experience after graduation are not eligible.
- Candidate should not have undergone apprenticeship earlier under the Apprentices Act.
Age Limit (as on 30-11-2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms.

- Monthly stipend of Rs. 12,300/- for one year.
