Eligibility Criteria

  • Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
  • Age Limit: 21–42 years as on 01 January 2025.
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen; 10 years for PwD (40% or more).
  • Odia Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia as per prescribed criteria.
  • Marital Status: Candidates having more than one living spouse are not eligible unless exempted.
  • Health & Character: Must be of sound mental and physical health and good moral character.
