Introduction

The ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri, under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), has released the official notification for recruitment of 100 Apprentice posts for the year 2026. Eligible Indian candidates with B.E/B.Tech, Degree, or Diploma qualifications can attend the walk-in interview scheduled on 10 January 2026 and 11 January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E/B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
  • Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Graduation (BA/BSc/BCom) with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10.
  • Technician Apprentice: Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline with First Class.
  • Qualification must be obtained through regular mode from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions.
  • Year of passing must be between 2021 and 2025.
  • Candidates with one year or more job experience are not eligible.
  • Ex-apprentices are not eligible.

Age Limit (as on 20-12-2025)

  • Graduate Apprentice: Maximum 28 years
  • Technician Apprentice: Maximum 35 years
  • Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – as per Govt of India norms

Stipend

  • Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9,000/- per month
  • Technician Apprentice: Rs. 8,000/- per month
  • 50% stipend paid by IPRC and 50% by BOAT under DBT scheme
