Eligibility Criteria
- Flying Branch: Graduation with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or BE/B.Tech degree.
- Ground Duty (Technical): BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines.
- Ground Duty (Non-Technical): Graduation or Post-Graduation in fields such as Administration, Accounts, Logistics, Education, or Meteorology.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2027)
- Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years (born between 02 Jan 2003 and 01 Jan 2007). Upper age limit for Commercial Pilot License holders is 26 years.
- Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical): 20 to 26 years (born between 02 Jan 2001 and 01 Jan 2007).
Salary Structure
- Flying Officer: Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500 (Level 10)
- Military Service Pay (MSP): Rs. 15,500 per month
- Flight Cadets (during training): Rs. 56,100 per month (fixed stipend)
- Additional allowances include Flying, Technical, Transport, Risk & Hardship, and Field Area Allowances depending on posting.

- AFSB Testing:
