- General Manager (E-5): First class Graduate with 60% marks and MBA (Finance/Marketing) or CA/CMA.
- Dy. General Manager (E-4): First class B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics disciplines.
- Chief Manager (E-3): First class B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/ECE/IT/CS.
- Chief Manager (F&A): CA/CMA or First class Commerce Graduate with MBA (Finance).
- Manager (F&A) (E-2): CA/CMA or First class Commerce Graduate with MBA (Finance).
- Deputy Manager (E-1): First class Bachelor’s degree with MBA (HRM/HRD/PMIR/Labour Welfare).
- Deputy Manager (F&A): CA/CMA or Commerce Graduate with MBA (Finance).
Note: 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
