Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

• JE (Civil/Electrical): First Class B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch OR First Class Diploma in relevant engineering field.
• Students Activity & Sports Assistant: First Class Bachelor’s in Physical Education with proven participation in sports/cultural/student activities.
• Library & Information Assistant: First Class Bachelor’s (Science/Arts/Commerce) + Bachelor’s in Library & Information Science; PG Diploma in Library Automation & Networking desirable.
• Technical Assistant:
  • Engineering streams: First Class B.E./B.Tech or First Class Diploma (Civil/Electrical/Computer/Mechanical).
  • CA/BA streams: First Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA in relevant subject.
  • Science (Chemistry/Physics): First Class Bachelor’s in relevant subject or Master’s with ≥50%.
• Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s degree + Stenography speed 100 w.p.m.
• Senior Stenographer: 10+2 + shorthand 100 w.p.m.; Bachelor’s & computer proficiency desirable.
• Stenographer: 10+2 + shorthand 80 w.p.m.; computer proficiency desirable.
• Senior Assistant / Junior Assistant: 10+2 + typing 35 w.p.m. + computer proficiency; Bachelor’s desirable for Senior Assistant.
• Senior Technician: 10+2 with ≥50% + ITI (≥1 year) OR 10th with ≥60% + 2-year ITI OR 3-year Diploma in relevant field.
• Technician:
  • Engineering/Computer: 10+2 with ≥50% + ITI (≥1 year) OR 10th with ≥60% + 2-year ITI OR 3-year Diploma.
  • Science (Chemistry): 10+2 (Science) with ≥60%.

Age Limit

• Level-6 posts (JE, Technical Assistant etc.): Not exceeding 30 years.
• Sr. Stenographer, Sr. Assistant, Sr. Technician: Not exceeding 33 years.
• Stenographer, Jr. Assistant, Technician: Not exceeding 27 years.
• Relaxations: As per GoI norms for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

Salary & Benefits

• Pay Levels: Level-3 to Level-6 (e.g., Level-6 Basic ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400).
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (revised periodically), HRA (as per city/category or campus accommodation), Transport Allowance.

Selection Process

1. Tier-1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Objective type; evaluates Reasoning, Quant, English, GA and post-specific domain knowledge.
2. Tier-2: Skill Test – Qualifying only. Typing/Stenography for PA/steno cadres; practicals for technical posts. Final merit based on Tier-1 marks only.

3. Register with name, email and mobile; verify OTP if asked.
4. Login and complete the form with accurate personal, academic and experience details.

6. Pay the application fee online and submit the form.
7. Download & print the submitted application.
8. Send hard copy with self-attested documents by post to:
